* Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

2. Delivery Time

* Standard Delivery: 15–20 business days after dispatch.

* Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

* Remote and non-serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Shipping Charges

* Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you place your order.

* Neoedo may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotional periods.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking link or tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation.

5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept the package, or repeated delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work with trusted delivery partners, unexpected delays may occasionally occur due to weather, logistics issues, strikes, festivals, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact our support team and we will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.

If your package appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, please avoid accepting it where possible and contact our customer support team immediately.

For damaged products received after delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs/videos of the package and product.
